This free standing new building on the Thompson General Hospital campus site provides 35 private care home rooms, including a wing for seniors with cognitive disabilities. The facility’s vernacular design pays tribute to the northern Manitoba city while displaying a distinct residential character that remains in harmony with the campus’ existing buildings.

Sustainable design principles and energy efficiency make this one of the most advanced Health Care
buildings in Canada.
